1. The processing accuracy of a large number of parts is poor, generally because the feed dynamics of each axis are not adjusted properly according to the error during installation and adjustment, or because the gears of each axis of the machining center have changed after use and damage. It can be solved by readjusting and modifying the gap compensation amount. When the dynamic tracking error is too large and an alarm is issued, check whether the transmission ratio of the AC servo motor is too high. The position detection electronics are of good quality. 2. The machining accuracy is not good due to the overshoot of the machining center during exercise. It may also be that the connection between the AC servo motor and the ball screw is loose or the bending stiffness is poor, and the gain value of the position loop can be appropriately reduced.

3. The concentricity error when the two axes are linked. Axial deformation of the circle: This type of deformation may be caused by improper adjustment of industrial equipment. The accuracy level of the shaft is not good, or the ball screw clearance compensation is not scientific, which will lead to concentricity error when passing the quadrant. Oblique ellipse error: At this moment, first check the position error of each axis. If the deviation is too large, adjust the gain value of the position loop to clear it. Then check whether the transfer plate of the resolver or induction synchronizer is adjusted properly, and then check whether the gap between the transmission gear pair is very large and whether the gap compensation is appropriate.
