一、

1. After receiving the customer's drawings and workpieces, first check the size of the workpiece, confirm the material, whether the technical requirements of each size and the geometric tolerance need to be customized for special tools, drills, reamers, fixtures, etc.


2. Determine the type of processing machine tool (four-meter gantry milling, CNC gantry milling) according to the machining accuracy of the processed parts, and estimate the working hours based on the number of batches.


3. Arrange for the production management to sign the bill back to the customer. After confirmation, arrange the production cycle and confirm the delivery date.


二、

1. Machining should strictly follow the "General Process Code for Cutting Machining". When the rough body arrives at the factory, first check the outline dimension steps, rough holes, and grooves to see if there are machining allowances, deformations, cracks, pores, blisters, etc. The phenomenon of processing quality meets the requirements. No processing is allowed.


2. According to the requirements of the drawings, find the largest plane of work as the processing "benchmark". Note: It is not necessary that the entire plane is exposed to light. Then machine the relative steps, holes and grooves with the reference plane. At the same time of processing, it is necessary to consider the clamping of the next process, the calibration position and the processing allowance of each size, and try not to repeat one surface for multiple processing. For example: vertical milling, side milling, side milling, side milling, steps, slots, holes, dotting should be done at one time. In the process of processing, you must learn to self-check each corresponding size, and more than five workpieces should be submitted to the quality department for the first inspection.


3. When processing large workpieces for hoisting and flanging, the <<Safety Operating Regulations for Driving Use>> must be strictly implemented. Protective measures (pads, tires, pads) must be taken to avoid workpiece collisions, scratches, and defects.


4. Insist on calibrating the measurement value of the measuring tool every day (measuring block, standard calibration rod, ring gauge, angle gauge) to clean the measuring tool to maintain the measuring accuracy of the measuring tool.


5. The use of knives should follow who uses them and who takes care of them. The principle of careful use of thick knives, fine knives, fine knives, and shaped knives. Forming tools should be kept by a dedicated person. If they are worn out, they should be reported to the supervisor to apply for grinding and repair in time. Unusable knives shall go to the warehouse to go through the procedures for trade-in after being approved by the team leader or supervisor.

1. When milling, boring, drilling, and turning are connected to the previous process, first check whether the dimensions are processed according to the drawing requirements. If problems are found in the previous process, the team leaders and supervisors should be notified to deal with it in time, and the follow-up process can only be carried out after correction.


2. Boring, drilling, and milling machines must be flexible, not necessarily requiring a workpiece to be drilled and tapped after processing. For the processed surface without subsequent processing, all processing contents of the processed surface of this process can be completed.


四、

1. After the whole part is processed, it should be cleaned with burrs, chamfered, chamfered, scrubbed clean, and sent to QC to check each size.


2. Use an air gun to blow clean all the holes, steps, tooth holes, iron xiao in the groove and other debris. Apply anti-rust oil and transfer to external processing (heat treatment, grinding, blackening)


3. Notify the production management and arrange delivery.
