During the entire process of CNC turning, the different composition of the main parameters of the geometry of the CNC insert produces different drilling shapes. Immediately jeopardize the reliability and process performance of the entire drilling process. Ideally, when using a curved blade diamond blade for milling production and processing of soft metal materials, wheel peaks and wheel valleys are produced on the surface of the production and processing of the product workpiece. The distance between them is called the basic theoretical surface roughness. The size is equivalent to f2/8R (f is the cutting speed, R is the arc half warp of the CNC blade). So what must be paid attention to when CNC turning and clamping CNC inserts? Let's take a look below:
1. The tool should be clamped firmly, not too short in the collet.
2. Before each cable cutter, you should check whether the CNC turning blade meets the requirements. The length of the cable cutter should be clearly defined according to the production process marked on the program flow sheet. Generally, it should be slightly good at production and processing. The depth value is 3mm and the collet is considered. Not a bump.
3. If you encounter deep and deep production and processing conditions, you can communicate with the programmer. Consider using the method of 2 times of cable cutter as appropriate, that is, get half to 2/3 of the length first, and wait for the production and processing to a deeper part. If you ask for longer, it can improve the production and processing efficiency.
4. When applying the extension cable, especially the data information such as the depth of the lower knife and the length of the knife.
5. Before the CNC turning blades are installed on the machine, their finishes should match with each other. Use clean towels to clean them up. The relative parts of the CNC lathe tool cover should also be cleaned to prevent the irons on the mating surfaces from harming the precision and damaging the CNC lathe.
6. In general, use the sharp knife tool setting method for the length of the CNC blade (the status of the tool setting in the tool), and check the program flow sheet carefully when setting the tool.
7. When the program is terminated or the tool is calibrated again, it should be noted whether the deep layer can be connected to the front edge. Under normal circumstances, it can be adjusted preferentially to increase the 0. mm line, and then adjusted according to the situation.
8. Rotating retractable blades, if water-soluble cutting oil is used, should be soaked with grease for several hours every half a month for maintenance, so that the internal parts of the blade are moistened and will not be damaged.
