This method can be operated easily without any auxiliary equipment, but it takes a long time, especially when the tool is sharpened once, it must be adjusted again. This method is suitable for simple procedures or initial installation and commissioning.

The tool setting tool of the machine tool has a self-test device, but the CNC machine tool processing operation is complicated, and it still takes some preparation time. Suitable for multi-tool measurement.
