The characteristics of stainless steel castings are basically similar, but there are some subtle differences between steel grades, which are used in different occasions. For example, the maximum service temperature of ZG40cr9si2 is 800℃, its high temperature strength is low, the oxidation resistance is up to 800°C, and the working temperature of the long-term load-bearing parts is lower than 700°C. Used for crucibles, furnace doors, bottom plates and other components. In contrast, stainless steel castings made of ZG30Cr18Mn12Si2N have better high-temperature strength and thermal fatigue resistance, so such products are more suitable for furnace pots, bottom plates, baskets, and conveyor belt guides. , Supporting frame, hanger and other furnace components.

There is also ZG35Cr24Ni7SiN, which is characterized by good oxidation resistance and is used for furnace pots, furnace rollers, fan blades, hot rails, furnace bottom plates, glass cement kilns and enamel kilns; ZG30Cr26Ni5 can be used at temperatures up to the load-bearing conditions 650°C, up to 1050°C at light load, easy to separate the outlet phase between 650-870°C, it can be used in ore roasters, and can also be used in furnace components that work in high sulfur environments that do not require high temperature strength . There are many steel grades of heat-resistant steel castings, including ZG30Cr20Ni10, ZG35Cr26Ni12, ZG35Cr28Ni16, ZG40Cr25Ni20, etc., where ZG30Cr20Ni10 basically does not form the ó phase, and can be used in oil refinery heating furnaces, cement drying kilns, ore roasters and heat treatment furnace components; ZG35Cr26Ni12 It has higher high-temperature strength and better oxidation resistance. Its composition can be adjusted within the range of specifications. It can be widely used in many types of furnace components, but it should not be used in places where the temperature changes rapidly. The mechanical properties of ZG35Cr28Ni16 are the same as single-phase ZG40Cr25Ni12, which has higher temperature oxidation resistance, and the use is the same as ZG40Cr25Ni12, ZG40Cr25Ni20; ZG40Cr25Ni20 has higher creep and endurance strength, high temperature gas corrosion resistance, and is often used as furnace rolls and radiation Tubes, billet slides, heat treatment furnace rollers, tube supports, hydrogen conversion tubes, ethylene cracking tubes, and parts that require higher creep strength.
