1. Check whether the moving part is filled with lubricating oil before the machine works, then start and check whether the clutch and brake are normal, and run the machine idly for 1-3 minutes. It is strictly forbidden to operate when the machine is faulty.

2. Maintain the correct posture when working, and have sufficient energy to cope with the work. If you find that you are unwell, you must leave the job immediately and report it to the leader. When operating, you must concentrate on your thoughts, chatting is strictly prohibited, and mutual cooperation is not allowed. Operators should not operate in an irritable and tired state to avoid accidents and ensure safe operation. Before entering the work position, all employees check whether their clothing meets the work requirements. Slippers, high heels, and clothing that affect safety are not allowed. Those with long hair must wear safety helmets.

3. Turn off the power first when changing the mold. After the press motion department stops running, you can start to install and debug the mold. After the installation and adjustment, move the flywheel by hand to test twice, check whether the upper and lower molds are symmetrical and reasonable, whether the screws are strong, and whether the blank holder is in a reasonable position.

4. You must wait for all other personnel to leave the mechanical work area and remove the debris on the worktable before starting the power to start the machine.

5. When working in CNC machining service, it is forbidden to reach into the work area of the slider, and it is strictly forbidden to take and place the workpiece by hand. When picking and placing work pieces in the die, tools that meet the standards must be used. If there is any abnormal sound from the machine or the machine is malfunctioning, turn off the power switch immediately to check. After the machine is started, one person transports the material and operates the machine. Others are not allowed to press on the electricity to build or step on the foot switch board, nor can they put their hands in the machine work area or touch the moving parts of the machine with their hands.

6. When you leave work, you should turn off the idle power, and sort out the finished products, side materials and debris on the post to ensure that the working environment is clean and safe.
