Introduction

Therefore, the molten metal can fill the cavity in about 0.01-0.2 seconds (depending on the size of the casting). High pressure die casting is more high pressure and high speed than other casting methods. As a light metal with low melting point, high toughness and good ductility, aluminum allows processing into parts of different shapes and sizes.
