Precision casting process is a special casting method compared to traditional casting processes. It can obtain relatively accurate shape and high casting precision. The more common process is to first design and manufacture a mold according to the product requirements (with very little or no margin), and cast wax by casting to obtain the original wax mold. Repeat the coating and sanding process on the wax mold, harden the shell and dry it; then melt the internal wax mold to dewax and obtain the cavity; bake the shell to obtain sufficient strength and air permeability. After shelling, clear sand, cut and grind gates to obtain high-precision finished products, and post-processing includes sandblasting, shot blasting, correction, and pickling.
Generally, precision casting process parts are less expensive than machining from solid material. Lost-wax castings can be done in all steel grades. This automated process becomes financially interesting from 100 pieces upwards.

The wax models will be glued onto a central feeding run.
The wax is melted out in an oven, therefore we called the lost-wax process.
The liquid metal will be poured into the cavities.
