Our procedure and flow for the new project
→Customer place tooling and samples order
→We issue PI for 50% tooling cost for the down payment
→Send tool design drawings for customer approval
→Start mold production after 50% deposit
→Send samples for approval with PPAP and other docs like material certification and dimension report, etc.
→Series production after approval of samples
Drawings will be evaluated by our team according to APQP procedures prior to aluminum die casting mold production. SPC, MSA, FMEA and PPAP will be applied throughout the sample production process. We will send samples along with PPAP documents for approval and start mass production after customer signs PSW. Our team will work hard to ensure the quality and delivery time of aluminum die castings to complete the development of new projects in time.
