Product Information
The alloy composition of stainless steel industrial pins is mainly Cr, and its content is 12 to 8%. After quenching and tempering, this type of steel has appropriate hardness, strength and good oxidation resistance. During cutting, chips are easy to scratch and wear the tool. When the carbon content is increased to 0.4 to 0.5%, the machinability of martensitic stainless steel becomes better.

In cutting processing, its performance is similar to the former, but its hardness is lower and its toughness is increased.
